Like other Caribbean peoples, Puerto Ricans have dedicated temples to their gods. We came at the time they were still celebrating the birth of the union of their god with a married peasant woman, and their temples were sometimes adorned with materials commemorating this holy adultery.
We took a good walk out to the President’s walkway, which had a few interesting memorials and such.
We later ambled on to the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico, which means the Museo of Arte of Puerto Rico.
All around, in fact, were little art galleries, murals, and sculptures.
San Juan has two big castle forts. The first one that we went to was Castillo San Cristobal.
And the second was Castillo San Felipe del Morro.
